Fullivo Terms of Service

Effective date: 6 November 2026 These terms govern your use of the Fullivo browser extension and the fullivo.com website ("Fullivo"). Fullivo is a brand operated by its owner as a sole proprietor ("we", "us"). By installing or using Fullivo you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Fullivo lets you capture, edit, save and print screenshots of web pages. The free version includes the features described in the Chrome Web Store / Edge Add-ons listing. Optional paid features ("Fullivo Pro"), if and when offered, are described on our pricing page.

2. Your content and your responsibilities

You own your captures. You are responsible for what you capture and share, including respecting the rights of others and the terms of the websites you capture. Features such as "Suggest hides" are aids, not guarantees: always check a picture before sharing it.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Fullivo to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to reverse engineer, resell or misrepresent the service.

4. Paid plans (if offered)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing page; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email. Refunds follow our Refund Policy, published before any paid plan is offered.

5. Updates and availability

We may update, change or discontinue features. We aim to keep Fullivo working but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, as browsers and websites change.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Fullivo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from content you capture or share. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
